Welcome to Cyfuture AI. By using our AI agent, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The Service

Cyfuture AI provides an AI-driven assistant designed to help you [manage schedules, and automate email workflows]. Our agent acts on your behalf to process information and perform tasks within your connected email accounts.

Linking Your Accounts

To use our AI features, you must grant us access to your email accounts via OAuth (the "Sign in with Google/Microsoft" screen).

  • Authorization: When you link an account, you are giving Cyfuture AI permission to interact with your emails to perform the tasks you request.
  • Third-Party Providers: Your use of Gmail is governed by Google's Terms of Service, and Outlook by Microsoft's Services Agreement. We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these providers.

Limited Use & Restricted Access

In alignment with Google's API policies, our AI agent's access is strictly limited.

  • We only request the minimum permissions (scopes) necessary to provide our service.
  • We do not use your email data for any purpose other than providing and improving the features clearly visible in the Cyfuture AI interface.
  • No Ads/Selling: We will never use information from your emails to serve you advertisements or sell your data to third-party brokers.

AI Performance & Accuracy

Our agent uses advanced Artificial Intelligence to understand and process your emails.

However:

  • "As-Is" Service: AI can occasionally misinterpret information. We provide this service on an "as-is" basis.
  • User Review: You are responsible for reviewing the actions taken by the AI agent (e.g., confirming a scheduled meeting or a drafted reply). Cyfuture AI is not liable for any errors caused by AI misinterpretation.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Cyfuture AI account. We will never ask for your Google or Microsoft password. The connection is handled securely via tokens, which you can revoke at any time.

Termination & Revoking Access

You are the owner of your data. You can stop using [App Name] at any time by:

  1. Disconnecting your email account in our app settings.
  2. Revoking Cyfuture AI's access in your Google Security or Microsoft Account settings. Upon termination, our AI agent will immediately lose the ability to access your inbox.

Updates to these Terms

As our AI agent learns new skills, we may update these terms. We will notify you of any major changes via email or a prominent notice within the app.
